Ticket Overwiew only shows 2100 Tickets

  • Used Zammad version: 2.8
  • Used Zammad installation source: docker-compose
  • Operating system: debian 9
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • An overview shows all ticktes based on the settings of the overview

Actual behavior:

  • An overview show only the first 2100 Tickets (starting from creation date of the tickets) matching the settings of the overview (14 pages with 150 tickets)
  • The Counter behind the overview still shows the real number of tickets and is rising when I add a new one with matches the settings but I cannot see them in the overview.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create an Overview which would match more than 2100 Tickets.
