Ticket overview: See opened ticket by other agent

Hello all,

we’ve implemented a possibility to see in ticket overview if a ticked is opened (read) by other agent.

The line is marked green in that case.

We’d love it to push our changes into the main project. Please give us a go.



Just a remark… packaging your changes might be a better approach to possibly allow several changes or different kinds in a vanilla installation. But that’s just my two cents.

Interesting, this would be a nice standard feature according to me! I use the Zammad SaaS version.
