Ticket - link template gone


  • Used Zammad version: 3.5.0-1603173041.2d96a39b.centos7
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Cent OS
  • Browser + version: Chrome 86.0

Expected behavior:

  • we added custom fields with link templates, once you fill in the field you get a clickable Arrow to a new page with a predefined link and the filled out value.

Actual behavior:

  • You can enter information in that field, but the button to click to get the link template does not show up. Interestingly enough, this does show up in Organizations and Users. But not in tickets.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Add a link template to a ticket field and enter information. Normally a button should show up you can click. This does not happen. Just updated to the latest version

Seems like it was fixed about a month ago here in this commit.
