Ticket keeps reopening itself after about a week

Hey,

I took over a existing zammad installation from my predecessor.
It works all fine expect the stated problem below.
As far as i could see, no one had this exact problem in the community before.

  • Used Zammad version: 6.0.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

Expected behavior:

  • Ticket should stay closed after closing

Actual behavior:

Ticket reopens after a week or so.
Exact point cant be determined as there is no notification. The ticket just keeps opening itself.

Additional:
There is a entry in the ticket that says “Ticket as weekly reminder to do XY”. On the bottom line is a zammad logo. This does not appear on other tickets.

Hi @Candor.

Check if you have any trigger/scheduler that is causing the re-opening.
