Ticket history order: Last reply first

Hi Guys,

is there a way to change and save the ticket history order? I mean in the agents working view, not the overview under Ticket > History
Our agents want to see the last message at first position when they open a ticket.

  • Used Zammad installation source: deb-pakage
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox Quantum / Chrome

As far as I am aware, this is not possible at the moment. At least I cannot find any options in the UI.
