Ticket Forward without attachment

When forwarding a ticket to a 3rd party, any attachments linked to the original ticket is excluded from being forwarded. All email content is included, but not the attachment.

It would make more sense to include any attachments contained within the original email to be forwarded at the same time.


This seems to be a regression (as we intially fixed that earlier):

I see this issue was closed for comments by Zammad, do you know why?

Because “+1” and “I have this problem as well” create noise and disctraction on github.
We close comments on affected issues, as it doesn’t help.
