Ticket creation

  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)

Expected behavior:

  • In our org we only use web based ticket creation
    so we dont need
  • Incoming Calls
  • Outgoing Calls
  • Outgoing E-Mails
    option is there is a way to disable or remove them
