Ticket can't saved

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.x

Expected behavior:

  • All characters and text can inserted in the database

Actual behavior and steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • If i write text with the character ’ like
    select ‘https://123.de’ || einszweidrei as URL, * from table;
    in the ticket text field

it can’t inserted and saved. then there is an error shown with an id. But i can’t find the id in the logs.

Zammad 5.2 is outdated, upgrade to 5.4 asap.

Can’t reproduce.
