Ticket by number URL seems broken in mobile app

Hello,

Traditional URL for tickets in zammad are like this : https://abc.org/#ticket/zoom/66231 but you can also access ticket by number with this kind of URL : https://abc.org/#ticket/zoom/number/7766154 . In mobile app, ticket by number URL seems broken.

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: firefox 131.0.2

Expected behavior:

When I type the url https://abc.org/#ticket/zoom/number/7766154 in a mobile app, I should see the ticket with the number 7766154 like in desktop app.

Actual behavior:

Instead, the ticket list is shown.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Just type a ticket url by number in the mobile app :

https://<abc.com>/#ticket/zoom/number/<ticket_number>

Hi @ollb.

There is no mobile app for Zammad, I guess you’re talking about the mobile view of Zammad.

Opening tickets in the mobile view via the ticket number is not supported right now.

Having an end user URL supported by one device and not the other is kind of weird : it feels broken from a user perspective.

It may be considered as a bug.
