What is the exact version of your Zammad installation?
Did you apply any changes to its source code?

Hi,

Currently we are using zammad version 6.5 and we have made some code changes only for our customization, other than we did not make any code changes.

Currently we are checking this issue from our side, and have some issues with loading certificates while accessing the application.

Please provide the exact package version of Zammad. 6.5 has quite a lot stable packages.

Okay, consider updating to the latest stable please. That would be 6.5.2.
