The message to the customer is not coming

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) Source
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

Hello there

The note written by the customer is transmitted to the agent, but the note written by the representative is not forwarded to the customer.

What could be the problem
