Textboxes on New Ticket view are defective in Firefox

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.7.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: source
  • Operating system: ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox 86

Actual behavior:

  • The text boxes for title and text in the new Ticket view are cramped to the left instead of spanning the whole view.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Is there a way to manually repair it until the next zammad update?

maybe you could try to apply the change manually to the source code. It’s just seems to be 1 extra css class, see; columnSelect: fix overflow in FF in modals · zammad/zammad@ab0f41c · GitHub
I’m not sure, but you might have to run; rake assets:precompile or other methods to make sure the scss is (re-)build
