Hi Everyone,
I would like to be able to set permissions for templates, personally I only need this for agents but I can see this being useful for customer roles also.
I would like to allow all agents to be able to apply all templates but I would only like 2 out of 10 of them to be able to create/edit templates.
I cannot currently see any way to change this within the web UI. I would hope that it could be added to the permissions list in the roles. for example
