Template for Slack / Mattermost Notification - where is it?

Hi,

I like to edit the template for our Slack / Mattermost Notification. I could not find it in the settings. Is it possible to adjust the template and where can I find it?

@thorsteneckel One more question: If I change that template - an update of zammad will overwrite it, right? If so, is there a way to adjust the templates without being overwritten by an update?
