Template for a replay email to customer

Hi all,

is it possible to define a template for a replay email to a customer.

e.G. I use the “reply” link blow the first article

and like to create an email with the name of the customer in the first line.

Is this possible?

Sorry that’s not possible. Some users do workaround this by signatures but it’s sketchy because it adds to extra lines on top.
