Zammad currently has Telegram integration. This works well, but incoming Telegram messages are treated just like incoming email tickets. Our customers often send multiple Telegram messages in quick succession. Especially if there is a lot of back and forth involved, this can quickly result in a ton of push notifications and clutter up the notification view in Zammad.
It would be nice if messenger notifications like that could be grouped so you only see one of them. Might be useful for email too.
