Telegram: invalid api token

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: Version 6.5.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 24
  • Browser + version: FF 148.0

Expected behavior:

  • After generating the API key with botfather, i would activate it in zammad

Actual behavior:

  • i geht such error:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • don’t know

my zammd docker is running in homelab on a vm, on which is docker running. the external URL come from a vps in the internet, on which is nginx proxy manager running.

I found the problem. It was an active zscaler vpn. After deactivating it runs
