# Telegram bot online, reads messages but no tickets are created

### Infos:

- Used Zammad version: 6.5.2
- Used Zammad installation type: zammad-helm
- Operating system: Irrelevant
- Browser + version: Irrelevant

There’s no Proxy or Firewall involved here, Zammad has full internet access. Logs show no errors whatsoever. Bot-Token _is_ validated as a wrong token does fail the bot setup on zammad.

Toggling Disabled/Enable does not change anything.

### Expected behavior:

- Telegram Bot at very least replying the opening text
- Telegram Bot hopefully creating tickets

### Actual behavior:

- Messages get read (double coloured checkmark)
- No ticket created
- No replies posted

### Steps to reproduce the behavior:

- Create a new bot using BotFather
- Add Token to zammad UI
- Message the bot
- Silence
