Hello,
is it possible in some way to supress internal Agent-Email-Notifications via Transport Rule?
I want to be able to use Exchange Online Feature for detecting auto responders, etc, set a prefix to the subject and then use a Zammad E-Mail Filter to supress internal notifications for the ticket.
I do not want to filter out the auto-responders, but do not want to annoy all Agents.
