we were just searching for a possibility to summarize a complete Ticket, including all entries and actions to a let’s say zip file or whatever.
Any idea?

Within the default borders (UI) this is not possible if you also need the attachments. If you don’t need attachments, just print it as PDF and you’re good to go.
You could also, if the above is not good enough, fiddle around with an API script that fetches all data of specific scripts and then do your magic.
If you’re familiar with rails console, you can use that as well.
