Hi,
I would love to see the possibility for a “No notifications”-Flag for each customer. Why? Because some customers do have a ticket-system themself and this leads to many messages that are not needed.
Example:
I start a ticket at a support-company. They send a confirmation to my zammad-system. My zammad-system sends a “request recieved” email (or whatever trigger is set) which would not be needed. If I can disable notifications for this customer that would be stopped and everyone would be happy.
