Stadistics doesn't update

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04 TLS
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • See the update on the dashboard with my stadistics

Actual behavior:

  • The current stadistics doesn’t update

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • The new tickets set for my or others agents, it can’t see updates on the dashboard about my tickets.

Try reinstalling the elasticsearch ingest attachment plugin

sudo /usr/share/elasticsearch/bin/elasticsearch-plugin remove ingest-attachment
sudo /usr/share/elasticsearch/bin/elasticsearch-plugin install ingest-attachment
sudo systemctl stop elasticsearch.service
sudo systemctl start elasticsearch.service
sudo zammad run rake searchindex:rebuild

It doesn’t work, I had to reinstall and now use nginx, cause with apache 2 I was having a lot problems
