You’re saying that all teams filters in overviews are unique?
If oyu have group conditions, they might not be needed at all depending on your agents permissions.
Agents can never see tickets of groups they don’t have access to. Might help you.
Each team has many groups. And all the groups have different overviews per group.
For example 2 overviews for each group: “new and open tickets” and “closed tickets”
What a useless thing to do.
Nobody EVER is going through 200 pages of tickets to find a specific ticket. Rather use the powerful search function of Zammad. Much much faster and better in that scenario.
