Sorting in overview list on multiple pages

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.x
  • Operating system: Win 10
  • Browser + version: Firefox latest

Expected behavior:

  • Sorting Overview entrys in admin section. Usually it is possible to move entrys by drag and drop. But on page 2 it is not possible to move to page 1.

Actual behavior:

  • Not able to move entrys from page to other page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Add many entrys to the overview section (so that there are 2 pages) and try to move one entry to other page.

Oh wow, that’s a lot of overviews; just noting that’s it’s recommended to only have a low amount of overviews active for performance reasons:

We have many different teams. Each team with multiple overviews.
Not possible to reduce :slight_smile:

You’re saying that all teams filters in overviews are unique?
If oyu have group conditions, they might not be needed at all depending on your agents permissions.

Agents can never see tickets of groups they don’t have access to. Might help you.

Each team has many groups. And all the groups have different overviews per group.
For example 2 overviews for each group: “new and open tickets” and “closed tickets”

Make sure to have a time limit on these overviews or expect performance issues.

You mean: Only show like 2 month of closed tickets? The closed tickets overview should display all the archive of closed tickets.

What a useless thing to do.
Nobody EVER is going through 200 pages of tickets to find a specific ticket. Rather use the powerful search function of Zammad. Much much faster and better in that scenario.
