Sort closed tickets by agent

Hi,

Is it possible to sort closed tickets by Agent?
Does not appear to be an Agent column in the closed ticket view.

Hi,

you can create an overview with closed tickets.
you can show a column with in agents and as well sort for them.

Maybe I don´t understand your problem, but this should work without any issues.

Hi there,

as @gwingend said, you can just add columns to your overview.

When you edit your closed ticket view, there is an attribute area and each activated attribute is displayed in the ticket view.

Just below is a drop-down menu to select a sort attribute. This should be “Owner” (Besitzer) in your case.
