Some Agents dont get notifications

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: Source
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: Firefox/Google Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • All of our agents have the same Configuration in their own profiles for notifications. So every agent should get a notification in Zammad and via E-Mail. (All possible ways of notifications are checkmarked)

Actual behavior:

  • Some of the Agents dont get notifications. Not in Zammad and not via E-Mail.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

So what’s the difference between functioning and not functioning agents?
Email address domains? Permissions?

Honestly i cant really find anything…

Maybe it fixes itself after the next Zammad Update
