[solved]Ticket Text via E-Mail

• Used Zammad version: 2.5.x
• Operating system: Debian

Expected behavior:

*When i create a ticket i would like to display the marked box in the costumer E-Mail notification

I work with a trigger which diplays (#{config.ticket_hook}#{ticket.number} ) but not the text.
Is there any variable i can use?
