[solved] Role - customer checkbox is missing


  • Used Zammad version: 2.9
  • Used Zammad installation source: rpm package
  • Operating system: SLES12
  • Browser: Chrome 74

Expected behavior:

when editing a role - under ticket - Ticket Interface there should be a checkbox “customer - Access to Customer Tickets based on current_user and organization”

Actual behavior:

the checkbox “customer - …” is missing, instead the checkbox “agent - …” is there twice

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

migrate from one server with zammad 2.8 to another with actual version 2.9

“user_preferences” checkbox is also missing.
and there are some more duplicate checkboxes.


solved with Browser Cache clearing.
