[solved] New ticket trigger to a specific group of agents



  • Used Zammad version: 3.0.x
  • Installation method (source, package, …): docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Database + version: Postgres 9.6.13
  • Elasticsearch version: 5.6.14
  • Browser + version: Chrome 75.0.3770.100

Expected behavior:

  • You can set the email notification of new ticket creation to a specific group (or role) of agents such as level 1 tech support.

Actual behavior:

  • Presently there is just “All Agents” as an option.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Set up a new ticket trigger.

Is there anyway to set up new email notifcations to only specific agents presently?
