For rookies like me: Type ?? followed by kb articles name characters into answers text input field.
Feature request: Drag and drop kb’s into answers would be nice.
I’am new to zammad and maybe i am too stupid, but i did search the community and didnt found any related stuff. Here’s my problem:
Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: debian 10
- Browser + version: linux: firefox 90.0.1; windows: 86.0 + chrome 92.0.4515.107
Expected behavior:
- drag ad drop a published and linked (to a ticket) answer into a tickets text field
Actual behavior:
- drag and drop frame appears but no content after drop (left mouse up)
