[SOLVED] Knowledge Base - Linking Answers to Tickets not possible

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.2
  • Used Zammad installation source: source
  • Operating system: Debian 10.2
  • Browser + version: Chrome, latest

Hi guys, we noticed that we are not able to link KB articles inside tickets. the other way around works just fine. It seems that this issue was fixed but we still notice it: https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/2789

any suggestions?

As i noticed it is the same issue as in Find knowledge base entry from ticket

Solution: Elasticsearch was not set up :frowning:
