[solved] Emails are no longer retrieved - Version 2.9.0

  • Operating system: CentOS 7

Hello to all,

we have big trouble with the system since updated to version 2.9.0. Zammad doesn´t fetch e-mails any more from our exchange server and adds them to existing oder new tickets.

If I log in as a Zammad Admin and test e-mail for polling via IMAP, the system says that 10 emails are being retrieved, but nothing is being imported to Zammad. In addition, the / tmp directory on the server is full of files.

E-mail notification when opening a new ticket in Zammad works. E-mails from Outlook to the ticket system (it-helpdesk@ …) remain in the Exchange mailbox and are not picked up and imported by Zammad. No matter if it is new or existing tickets.

Take a look into your log.
It states that your scheduler starts (right after fetching mails).

Your scheduler is dying, in both cases with the first mail.
Is there a way to get those two mails affected?

I bet if you remove those mails or at least move them to another folder, Zammad might start importing again. :slight_smile:
