Expected behavior:
Actual behavior: if a ticket is assigned to a grou and owner is different to me (i`m Member of eAkt) i want to get a Ticket.
Is this possible? i could not find a way to configure a trigger on this.

if a ticket is assigned to the group eAkt and owner is different to me (i`m Member of eAkt) i want to get an email about this.

But i get no email. What am i doing wrong?
