[Solution] PRTG integration like Nagios or Incinga

Hello,

we search for an PRTG integration in zammad, to closed fixed issues automaticly. the same feature like Nagios or Incinga. is there any different between this integrations?
Is it possible to used one of this integrations and change the email layout from prtg to this one?
Is it complicate to copy same integration and change the function into the prtg standard email layout?

Solution:

  • First activate Nagios or Incinga Integration
  • coonfigurate the prtg sender email in the activated integration
  • activate autoclose
  • configure a new notification in prtg with on template like this:

Importent is here State: , Host: and Service: in the mail body!

After that emails are autoclosed from prtg!
