  • Configure Mail Channel error Net::ReadTimeout

Status ok , check mails OK

smtp.office365.com
Port 587

Error Net::ReadTimeout

Where does this error appear?
Do you have logfile entries you can share from that moment?

Ensure there’s no firewall blocking outgoing requests to port 993 and 587.
