  • Used Zammad installation type: source
  • Operating system: ubuntu22
  • Browser + version: chrome:latest

Expected behavior:

  • trying to connect my office365 smtp

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

As stated in the documentation, Microsoft 365 is not supported for notification channels, as Microsoft requires XOAUTH on their email accounts which is not supported by said channel.
