SLA page or module note loading

Infos:

SLA page is not loading for me to see all configured SLA or configure new SLA

Expected behavior:

  • When I click on the SLA tab, the page must load

Actual behavior:

  • Only “Loading” waiting message is showing

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

You don’t happen to have custom objects you added and then deactived without removing those from SLA conditions, have you? :wink:

If so, you’re affected by the following bug:

You can workaround this issue with temporary re activating the affected objects.
