Hello team,
i’ve experienced a problem during the use of the product. I’ve configured the SLA for time di assign and time to resolve from the GUI. As shown in the picture below.
I’ve opened a fake ticket and then i let the sla missed.
I’ve received the mail only from the Warning when the time remain was 15 min left.
I thought that i should have receive 3 email, one for warning , one when the time to assign was left and one when the time to resolve was left.
- Used Zammad version: 6.1.0-1699735608.4747590e.jammy
- Used Zammad installation type: Docker compose
- Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
- Browser + version: Mozilla firefox
Expected behavior:
Email notification for Warning 15 min before SLA time ends.
Email notification when a SLA is Missed.
Actual behavior:
Email notification only for Warning
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Setting Sla time to assign and to resolve and then wait for sla missing
