- Used Zammad version: 6.3.1
- Browser + version: Firefox 130.0.1
Expected behavior:
- Tickets escalating after given time.
Actual behavior:
- No escalation happens.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set up SLA with only reactiontime and for ticketstatus “new” → send in a new ticket.

I have an issue with SLAs. I have configured them as you see below.
After that given time, nothing happend with the affected tickets. No escalation is mentioned in the history, nor are they visible in the “escalated tickets” overview. There are no other SLAs active. It doesn’t work with newly opened tickets either.
