Are there any errors logged in your browser’s console/in the production.log?

Yes, on desktop view everything is fine.

No, there are no errors logged.

This means by selecting a group in the Mobile View during ticket creation (that has a signature assigned to it), nothing happens in the editor field. Correct? Mhm… need to think about it.

Yes and also at updating ticket like attached Screenshot, there is no signature.

For notes, there is no signature if I’m not completely misunderstanding your screenshot. See admin documentation.
