Signature when writing new email

Signature is predefined to the group.

In signature is:

#{ticket.owner.firstname}
Client Service Department

1. When writing new email, selecting group, and selecting owner, the signature does not inserts owner name. Whats wrong?

2. Is there a way to add to the signature surname first letter? Example: Leonardas K.

2. I’m not aware of a way to achieve this.
