Title: Signature when Forward a mail

1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
I want to be able to set the signature i want, when a mail is being forwarded.
2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
I want to forward a mail to another person, as the ine sending the mail, but with a different signature as in an newly written mail out of Zammad.
3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Because there is no such setting in Zammad.
4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
To be able to set the signature i want, when a mail is being forwarded.

Your Zammad environment:

- Average concurrent agent count: 2500
- Average tickets a day: 200
- What roles/people are involved: different roles such as support, sales, …

Why would that signature be different? What is the value of having a seperate Signature when you forward, instead of reply?

The first value will be to be able to choose if a signature appears or not, when a mail is forwarded.
The second value will be to be able to choose which signature is needed in which case, because we use more than one signatures.

Yes. But **why** do you use different signatures?

Because we have different products and different departments and it depends who has to receive which signature.

Why are departments not divided? The same could be done for products as well.
