Show ticket properties as read only?

Dear Zammad developers,

I managed to connect to Zammad API and update custom ticket property via API. It works well, however Agent has option to amend the property. Is there a way to show additional ticket property as read only item without tampering Zammad code? Ideally would be to show it just as filtered HTML

I’m afraid that this currently is not possible within core functionalities.
