Identifying VIP customers in the overviews without the need to have redundant information in the priority or additional ticket attributes. -

I want to identify in the overview my VIP customers. -
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
Because the VIP status of a customer is not visible in the overviews and cannot be made visible without “copying” this information to some form of ticket attribute. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
I want to see the crown as an icon in the overviews.
