Show out of office time span in owner drop down

OTRS showed in the agent drop down the out of office time span, if an agent wasn’t in the office. It would be helpful, if this information would be displayed in Zammad also. But I recommend also to have a switch to enable or disable this feature (for backward compatibility). This switch could be available at the command line only.

    To see the time span when an agent isn’t available.

    When I assign a ticket I want to know then an agent comes back from vacation.

    Because it isn’t.

    Show the out of office time span in the drop down.
