Using groups to create a multi-faceted ticket system has been great for us, but some fields for tickets are not appropriate on others. This is not achievable in the current version of Zammad.
I would like the ability to select which Attributes are applicable to each Ticket, or at the very least show/hide them.
This would greatly improve the utility for us as the only way around this currently is to set up an entirely new Zammad instance, new domains, new emails, new accounts etc. which is undesirable.
