Used Zammad version:
6.4.0-alpha-1726085702.88ed68a1.jammy
Used Zammad installation type:
source
Operating system:
Ubuntu LTS 22.04
Browser + version:
Chrome Version 128.0.6613.121
Actual behavior:
Until some time ago, you could trigger a line break in the Zammad editor by using Shift-Enter. However, recently, the Shift-Enter combination now triggers sending the ticket to the customer.
If you’re using Zammad in production, I’d like to suggest to downgrade to Zammads stable version with the next release.
The keyboard shortcuts changed “silently” which will be improved, however, struck your back without noticing that the default has changed. You can swap back to the old layout as a workaround.
Other than that, as I said: Develop, while usually being stable, is not always ready for production and may cause issues which usually are undesired in a production environment.
