Setting up SMTP

  • Used Zammad version: Latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: Docker Reposetory
  • Operating system: Windows Server 2022
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • To send mails out from Zammad

Actual behavior:

  • I cannot get SMTP to work. The server runs lokals, and via CloudFlare Tunnel i connected the url to it. And the domain is hosted at our hoisting provider with email service. WHen i fill in all info, i cannot get it to work somehow.

On the server i opend port 993 for outbound traffic.
Both IMAP and POP3 give the same result

Still cannot get it to work. tried al sorts of combinations. Am i missing something?

The configuration ist expecting SMTP as named in the dropdown field, not IMAP or POP.

IMAP and POP is for incoming Mails.
