To install Zammad we can use the sources for different operating systems. This usually requires a root server. Is it also possible to run Zammad on a managed server?
If everything (https://docs.zammad.org/en/latest/prerequisites-software.html) is provided by your managed hosting - YES
But most likely NO because most managed servers are very limited to some services like mysql, php etc.
