Restrict ticket state

Used Zammad installation source: via DEB
Operating system: Buster
Browser + version: Firefox 86.0

Hi ! I’m on the way to migrate from OTRS to Zammad.
Everything looks fine so far, but I’m looking for a way to restrict ticket state visibility !
Is is something that we can do ? Anyway if it’s by Groups, Agents, or Organisation…

You can limit the ticket states the customer can choose from like described here.
I don’t think you can make different states available to different agents though.

Yes seems to be not possible…
I will use tag as workaround !
