Restrict role(s) from inviting new customers

Hello there,

I’m looking for a way to restrict a certain role from being able to invite customers via the link in “First Steps”.

This doesn’t seem like a readily available option, though. Making “First Steps” or “Invite customers to create issues in zammad” invisible / inaccessible would certainly accomplish what I’m looking for.

Any advice on how to accomplish this would be much appreciated.

[Background, for anyone interested: We’re using a role with very limited access for certain agents because they have demonstrated a high affinity for abusing given systems. Them still being able to invite new ‘customers’ and assigning them to existing organizations is a risk we’re neither willing nor able to take.]
